Process

An Unhurried Approach to Building Well

From the initial design to the construction to the follow-up service of your new home, we would be more than honored to help you through the process.

  • 01 Initial Consultation

    During this phase, we want to get to know you, and we want you to get to know us. We want to understand your vision, budget, and all the things that will make your project unique.

  • 02 Refine Vision

    If you don't already have plans, we can connect you with an architect based on your design aesthetic, unique desires, site constraints, etc.

  • 03 Pre-Construction Process

    During this phase, we create the scope of work for your project along with an initial pricing forecast. Finishes, selections, and prices are determined with the help of a designer or our client facilitator. The construction contract is signed and you're integrated into our online project management program.

  • 04 Project Management

    All of your project's finances, updates, and scheduled items will run through our online project management program to ensure your project runs smoothly. You can access all of your project's information at any time on your computer, tablet, or phone.

  • 05 Project Completion

    During this phase, we complete the final details of your home, finish any punchlist items, ensure you're satisfied with the completed project, and begin the warranty period.
